Operating from five strategic locations across Gujarat, our head office in Rajkot serves as the nucleus amid the thriving small-scale industries and engineering sector of India. Our branches in Morbi, renowned for its venture capital projects in the ceramic industry, Junagadh, a hub for tourism enterprises, Vadodara, known as the educational epicenter of western India, and Kodinar, situated along Gujarat's coastal expanse housing India's largest upcoming public port, cater to diverse business needs across the region.

From Our Starting
2006
Originally founded in 2006 as the proprietary concern of CA. Atul C. Ghodasara under the banner "A. C. Ghodasara & Associates"
2009
our firm evolved into a partnership entity in 2009, rebranded as PATEL SONI SHAH & Co., with a vision for expansion and enhanced client service offerings across multiple cities. And started offices in Rajkot and Junagadh
2015
In 2015, we have done merger and started new office at Vadodara
2019
In 2019, we have seen potential in a small town Kodinar and started new office.
